I take a lot of pride in creating spaces for my clients that feel unique to them, and leave them and their guests feeling something when they enter the space. I started A.D.S with the intention of bringing back the art of unique spaces and breaking the habit of doing what everyone else is doing with your home. When working on a project I want my clients to feel inspired to venture outside of the box and also break free of any design limitations they may have placed on themselves. Design is intended to spark joy, curiosity, and most of all creativity to try new things. Every home has a story to tell, and I’m here to help you tell yours!

We design, source, order, store, and install all of your furniture and styling pieces so that you can rest assured knowing that all of the hard work is taken care of!
Our turnkey design begins with a $350 investment for a 1-hour consultation. During this appointment we take a tour of your home and discuss your vision for each space. You may choose to have Authentic Design Studio assist you with the next steps or embrace our ideas and complete your vision on your own. In the end, you’ll receive a project proposal outlining our services based on the scope of work.
Full Service is right for you if:

Have a room (or more) that needs some TLC? This service is great for someone who is looking for help without any demo and construction. Whether it's an office, nursery, bedroom, living room, etc. we can help transform it into a well designed space that you enjoy being in.
Our Mini Reno is the perfect service for someone needing help bringing their home to life without the mess of Demo and starts with an hour in-home consultation ($350). The Mini Reno service consists of the following: No demo, sourcing of in stock and local materials and furnishings only, cosmetic upgrades that are creative and impactful (paint, molding, wallpaper, tile) and a shortened timeline. Our goal is to achieve your new design within 1-2 months!

Our Virtual Design services begin with an in-depth questionnaire and a measurement checklist to make sure you can provide us with proper measurements of your space as well as photos so that we can get started on your design.
From there, we then deliver a full design package that includes a floor plan and room layout guidance (if applicable), 2D Design Concept, measurements for the pieces used in the design and a detailed shopping list. We send you a recorded presentation that explains why we picked the items we did, paint selection, and everything else in great detail. Once all of your products have been delivered, we provide you with Installation Guidance and one final zoom consultation to make sure everything comes together perfectly.

Our signature service and your one stop shop!
If you are considering a Remodel project we would love to help you transform your current space into the one you've always dreamed of! Remodel projects can be a lot to manage on your own and are also an investment so by working with us we can eliminate much of the stress that comes from making selections, figuring out best layouts, and much more. Throughout the remodel process we will partner with your chosen General Contractor to make sure we're all on the same page which ensures a great working experience for all parties. For ALL remodel projects we HIGHLY recommend having a General Contractor and NOT doing it yourself. At this time, we are only accepting projects that want a General Contractor.

You may choose to have Authentic Design Studio assist you with the next steps or embrace our ideas and complete your vision on your own. In the end, you’ll receive a project proposal outlining our services based on the scope of work. The timeline for remodel projects can range from 4 months-1 year depending on the scope of the project.

Five things you need to know when considering a Remodel Project
1. Hire an Interior Designer first! Working with an interior designer eliminates costly mistakes and makes your remodel investment worth it! With our expertise we can help you have a good understanding of what your project could cost, and also bring ideas to the table that will completely transform your space. We are planners which means most every detail will be accounted for and we can go to the contractor with a well thought out and organized game plan.
2.We can't stress this enough: Hire a GC SECOND. Why? Because if there isn't a clear idea of what the project entails from the start, the contractor will not only have a difficult time pricing accurately but there will be delays from the start or finish of your project as the contractor works on the fly to line up the necessary subcontractors. For example: If there isn’t a clear plan for moving your vanity before you meet a contractor, there will be a delay when you eventually bring in a designer and find out you need a plumber to move the vanity drain.
3. If it is a big remodel we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do NOT live in the space (unless you can occupy another level of the home with everything you need). Most days demo will be taking place and that creates a lot of dust, there's power tools, and in our opinion it just adds to the stress living in a home that's under construction.
4. Plan for your project to take longer than expected. Of course we do our best to try to avoid delays but sometimes with construction things come up.
5. Have a buffer! We will go into the remodel project with a plan and budget for the things we can see but sometimes when we start getting into walls there might be areas exposed that we couldn't have budgeted for. With this we recommend having a buffer of at least 10% however 20% is better.
The PROCESS
1) Every project begins with a Discovery Call to learn more about your needs and share with you our services.
2) Shall you desire to schedule an in-home consultation, from there, we will meet with you at your home to gain a full understanding of the scope of work. During this time together we can also answer any design questions you may have.
3) From there, we will create a custom proposal for your review and consideration. Once you decide to move forward in working together we send you a design questionnaire to gain a deeper understanding of you and the ones living in the space(s).
4) Upon completion of the questionnaire, we enter the Design Phase! This is where the development of your design takes place including all materials needed to present a detailed design.
5) After procurement and installation, we wrap up your project with a photoshoot and a gift to Thank You for entrusting us with your home. Then, we leave you to enjoy your very own Authentic Design.

We didn’t know what to do. My wife, Peppur, and I had recently bought a house in Chandler Arizona that needed some love. Initially we thought we could handle most of the interior design and remodel on our own. Ha! After a brief freak out period we pivoted and our real estate agent, insert plug for Aurora if appropriate, introduced us to Ashley and Authentic Design Studio. From the outset Peppur and Ashley connected on the overarching theme and feel for our entire first floor (living room, kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom) design / remodel. Throughout the entire process Ashley thoughtfully and effectively communicated with us. Even through some of the challenges (and there are always challenges) we never felt neglected or alone. She designed our living room, family room, dining room, master bedroom, hall and master baths. We were really impressed with how detail-oriented Ashley is. She helped transform our cookie cutter house into something amazing. She is a fantastic listener and does a great job integrating your hobbies and passions into her designs.
This may seem like a small thing but something I mentioned to Ashley is that I'm sensitive to bright lights. We really weren't sure how to navigate that since a lot of pendants and other lights have some soft or fogged or see-through glass shade. Ashley was able to source some lights with metals shades that not only solved this problem but look fantastic! Just one small example of how helpful she is.
We loved working with Ashley and hope to work with her again in the future!
